Dementia Inclusive Community Resources

In March the Dementia: Understand Together team launched the new “Dementia Inclusive Community” symbol which was developed together with people with dementia, carers, partners and champions and which connects all the many inclusive activities and services across the country and visually represents solidarity with people with dementia and their families. We are pleased to say that we now have those resources available to download under the resource section of the Hub!
